"Service dept: If I could give less than one star I would. I had three bad experiences in a row here. I get free oil changes so I keep going back but I'll be taking all other services elsewhere. Once they replaced the wrong wiper - rear one was literally falling apart but they replaced the driver's side windshield wiper. Before that it took three tries for an alignment service to actually get my car to stop pulling (got worse after their first try). Today they couldn't fix my main concern, which is fine. But then they tried to sell me a bunch of stuff that was fine when I had it in a month ago. They said it would likely be done around 1 but would call when it was ready. I called at 2, was told it wasn't ready or the paperwork wasn't done. Drove there and waited in the parking lot. No call. Walked in at 2:30. Rep thought he'd called me. He sends me on my way and my car is parked in so I have to go back inside. Save yourself the trouble and just go elsewhere."
"Brad Constantino was great; We gave him our budget and models desired, and then he presented (available) options based on that criteria. He was easy and efficient to communicate with through email and phone. We scheduled an appointment to test drive several vehicles, and he made the process very relaxed and provided plenty of time to discuss and ask follow up questions. Brad was receptive to requests we had, finance questions, and ultimately helped us get what we wanted for the budget established. Would definitely do business with him again."
