"Poorly organized fabric selection. The upholstery fabrics are outdated, strewn all over the place, limited inventory of solid tweeds and chenilles. The help is non-existent, and when you find someone they don’t know much about fabrics. It’s more like a art supply and no knack store"
"As a Canadian, I love Joann! This location is a nice size with a lot of things in stock. The ladies at the cutting table are usually quite friendly. Usually the only downside is that people tend to crowd around the cutting table with their shipping carts and have no regards for others' space. On another note, check out their remnant section! You never know what you're going to find."
"Great place to buy unique fabrics. U can use coupons to get great deals. I purchased fabric to create a headboard for my client and the original price was $63 and the coupon made it $39. Very polite staff and sooooo much to choose from. They also guve u more coupons on ur receipt. My go to for great durable fabrics"
"This place is highly disappointing. The entire store looks as if it hasn't been cleaned and organized in years. It's so hard to find items here because of how unclean the store is. Boxes in front of counters, things on the floor and missing price tags. Signage falling off the wall, and completely empty shelves in some places as well. I didn't see one associate anywhere on the floor. Surely the company takes more pride in their locations than this store has. It's a shame. Not the kind of place I need to shop at. As an Update on 9/12/17, the company has reached out to me to discuss the store and will take action to help bring the store up to better standards."
