"Sunday, 1:30pm. I'm so glad that I drove over to this location from the RockawayBlvd location. Walked in and greeted by a friendly client service manager,Kenny. Looking through the window into the Mavis' mechanical room, I see car technicians working. The manager, Kenny, assisted me with grace and care. This Mavis' location made my Sunday. My car will get the oil change it needs and new tires. Such a HUGE difference in the store front and service. Thank you, Kenny and team."

"I came in today to get a new tire. I was immediately helped. The attendant was extremely kind and friendly. The waiting room is clean. While waiting, i was told i needed other services done. I appreciate them for checking for other problems with my car. My wait wasn’t long. Overall 10/10"

"Best tire change service ever to my Buick Enclave 2011! Mavis tire in Jamaica ended up being a wonderful experience. When we have a flat tire, we are already annoyed and grumpy, especially when the insurance cannot change the tire and have to pay for a toe-\truck to get the tire changed. When arriving to Mavis, a rep called Freddy received me and immediately changed my mood. The prices were reasonable and he took my car immediately. As the nuts of my car were old and rusty, Freddy called the manager Reggie who immediately offered me to change not only the nut of one tire, but all the rusty nuts that he sees in order for me to avoid another toetruck ride. He ended up change half of the nuts and gave me a very reasonable price. In less than an hour, my car was done. Both, Freddy and Reggie stayed the time needed to answer all my questions. They were amazing!. I started the conversation already upset thinking but both of them made a comeback that def went above my expectations. Freddy shall be promoted and Reggie shall get an award of something. I will definitely come back every time my car needs tires or service. They got a customer forever! ... I am a manager and i am precisely looking for people like them. Kudos to Mavis Jamaica for having people like Freddy and Reggie! - Liliana."
