"After days of searching and asking around for good mechanics, i found Essential Auto Care. Did my research and felt good about coming to them to fix my car. Had a lot of things going on with my car and they sure took care of everything. Very happy with the way they treat you and always keep you updated on what is being done or what needs to be done to your car. "Brought my car here for an inspection. I normally get nervous as a woman bringing my car to new mechanics cause sometimes I can tell they try to rip me off. Not this one! Kelsey and the team were communicative, thoughtful, and transparent the entire time. Kelsey showed me pictures of the car and took the time to explain what I had to get fixed for the inspection, and what fixes could be delayed. All the information was in an online portal so it was very easy to access. It was a great experience and their lounge was really comfortable too. I would definitely go here again, I am very happy I found this mechanics shop"

"I found Essential Auto Care earlier this year while doing a google search when I looking for a reliable auto mechanic to service my Jeep Cherokee as I was having a lot of issues with my vehicle. I took it to a few mechanics and they couldn't fix the issue on my vehicle. I must say Essential Auto, they were able to determine the issues with my vehicle. Did an overall health check with a detailed outline of what needed to be fixed. I just recently returned my Jeep to get some deferred services completed. My Jeep is running so efficient and I am so happy with the overall service and care that has been done on my vehicle. Kelsey, the service manager is so helpful and courteous. She explains in detail the issues and recommendations about what is wrong with the vehicle. Essential Auto will now be my forever service car repair center. Thank you Kelsey and the team for taking care of my 2015 Jeep Cherokee."

"I lucked out finding this place and will now be a repeat customer! I will never go back to the dealership for car services again, they treat me like a number, try to upsell, and appointments have to be made weeks in advance. I always walked away feeling scammed, but the team at Essential Auto Care left a wonderful impression; they cared about me! My brake pads were worn down (my fault, I let my car go too far past 6 months without service) and I called on a Friday afternoon, a half hour before the shop closes, and Kelsey fit me in 8am first thing upon opening on Monday. The team of mechanics were efficient and conducted a full inspection of the car within an hour of taking it in. The parts order and replacement was completed by end of day! I appreciated the honest notes and advice on additional things that required my attention, noting if they were optional or recommended future repair/replacement. Kelsey was also the icing on the cake with her attentive service. She relayed information quickly, showed myself and other guests great hospitality, and even worked to get the cost down a bit! The brakes also came with a 3 year warranty which was a pleasant surprise. I came in feeling anxious about my car and whether or not I would be treated like a nuisance. Kelsey is so personable that I felt at ease and was comfortable making light conversation while she was inputting my information. I will be back soon for the rest of my replacements!"
