"We needed to replace a gas fireplace insert. Craig, our salesperson, was wonderful. We felt very comfortable with him. He explained the equipment and the installation process to us completely. Keith came out to the house, exactly on time, to check for specs, etc. He was very thorough, and even had a life sized photo of the frame we chose. He got his info to Craig within two hours (we were expecting maybe a day or two). I then called Vic, to set up an installment date. He was very accommodating. Today, the installers came, on time. It was freezing outside (22 degrees), but they worked diligently, getting the installation done within the four hours allotted. We were getting the WiFi remote, so one of the men went over the app, and nuts and bolts of the system, with us. We were, needless to say, very impressed with Best Fire from start to finish."

My fireplace had never needed a repair before and I reached out to another company who declined to do the job as they had not installed the fireplace (almost 18 years ago!). Best Fire was happy to come and offered a visit within a few days. It took about three weeks to get the installation but it was also a busy time of year we had it in about two weeks before Christmas. Installation took about three hours and it was ready to go! "I had my two-year cleaning done in January of 2023. The technician, Brandon was wonderful. He arrived early, set himself up and went to work. He assisted me with a related task of putting the wall mount for the touch screen remote that I hadn't had installed originally. His work was meticulous. He was able to answer a few of my questions about the stove and left the area spotless. I love the Stardance stove and he left it working as if it were brand new. I highly recommend Best Fire!"
