Asked for plain bagel not toasted, boston cream donut, but got handed a toasted sesame bagel and vanilla frosted donut. very upsetting considering they even repeated my order. Seemed like they were miserable and didn’t want to be there."
"This purchase made me depressed. Ordered a HOT caramel macchiato with oatmilk. Got an iced one with espresso grinds covering every surface. It was terrible. There was no one in line and the place was empty but they dropped the ball. Starbucks is only a block away. Should have made the trip."
