"This was my first visit to a Moe's, and it was a dismal first impression. We were not greeted and not sure where to go or who we should approach to place an order. My husband placed his order first and requested chicken for his bowl. We were told they were out of chicken at 6:30 on a Friday night! He settled for steak. I asked for adobo chicken. The employee disappeared a could of times in search of chicken and a knife i suppose. He found a knife and began cutting some pre-cooked chicken, but I watched as that chicken he was prepping to serve me was never taken out of a container or off a grill; it had been sitting on that cutting board already for heaven knows how long. I was asked if I wanted rice, to which I said cilantro lime. The rice was bottom of the pan, dried out, and crunchy. I was asked about beans, to which I requested black beans. The employee skipped right over them and didn't even put them in! Good thing too because when I looked in the pan, they were old, dried out, and unappealing looking, so maybe I was done a favor by not being served those beans. Overall, we paid $28 for 2 bowls, no drinks, no sides, nothing else, just 2 items. The food quality was poor, the service was poor, and the price for value was poor. We ended up going to Chipotle the next night to satisfy our craving for what we originally went to Moe's for, and it was the opposite experience; so much better. Moe's was not the first experience we expected. We might be willing to try again someday, but not the same location."
"Seriously this place is horrible, they ALWAYS mess up a order I ordered a burrito, when the food arrived at my house it was a bowl and it was disgusting. These ppl that work here are useless and they will never be any better in life can't even get a simple fast food job right. IDIOTS"
"I gave 5 stars because there were only 2 servers the day I came. Usually I see more people on the line. Even tho they were short handed while making online orders & having customers in line they were still kind & calming. I always like the how big the burritos are."
"Omg!!! This picture is the reason I eat at this Moe’s. This is half eaten home wreck burrito and a whole one that is my wife’s. She has very small hands but that burrito still looks huuuuuge. Great job guys. This is gonna be a regular stop when in Latham. All that for $29 with tip. Mmmmmmmmm"
