"I ordered food. Delivery never came. They acknowledged that but won't refund my $$$. When I call to inquire about it, they're rude and keep hanging up after lying and saying that they took care of it. When I ask for the manager, it's always someone different claiming to be the manager. No one wants to wait over 2hrs for food without asking about it."

"We ordered at 455pm. Got our food COLD at 6:45pm. Per google it takes 12 minutes to get to my house.... how long did it sit before it was delivered? The pizza was next day cold. They said they would give us a credit for our next time. No, I honestly never want your cold, delivered food again. Never! How sad. Labella's in Waterford is where we will stick."

"It’s five stars for me, I loved it. I live in Louisiana and can’t get good pizza like this. I was a little surprised, but I think the COB was my favorite. That was new for me. I’ve never had pizza like that before, but the cheese on top was great too. This place must be so good it put Pizza Hut out of business next-door. Overall, it was a great experience for me and I’m glad I stopped by before going to the airport. Thanks for everything, keep up the good work guys!"

"It’s good New York Style Pizza North of NYC so I can’t complain. Portnoy’s rating was fair, was pleasantly surprised by the Cobb or upside down pizza they have. Hits different."

"Decent New York style pizza, went here to see how accurate Dave Portnoys rating would be (7.5) and I would say it was somewhat accurate. I personally would give this place a 7.2. Pizza was a little doughy and wasn't cooked to perfection. It was a little bland as I wasn't getting too much flavour and it needed more sauce for sure."
