"1) Good atmosphere 2) Asked for items that were never brought( Parmesan Cheese, other items etc) 3) Asked for sauce to be separated on some dishes, was not 4) Took about 15-20 minutes to bring out starter salads. 5) Charged us on bill, but never brought out the soup. Was told, “It sucks when that happens” when adjusting the bill. 6) Charged us full gratuity for tip (about $40), when service was more about $10. We have no problem leaving good tips or paying amounts - but in this case, a server could do nothing and still make max tip. Tips should be earned not expected. It defeats its purpose as shown. 7) A number of other forgets or items I do not care to give more time here. For that reason alone everyone in our party will not be back."

"I just had the most embarrassing moment ever in this restaurant. I’ve been in this restaurant several times with my 5pound service dog, I called in advance tonight to tell them I was coming, and when I got there, they were giving me a hard time about my service dog and was asking for documentation in order to sit inside the restaurant. While they were doing that, the bartender yelled across and asked if I was disabled. I’ve never been so embarrassed in my life. I will never return back to this restaurant. I should not have been embarrassed like that by the bartender and manager working tonight asking to explain my disability or being told I have to show documentation in order to sit inside."
