"I come here whenever I need quick fixes to my car (yearly inspection, flat tire, etc.) and the people who work here are always knowledgeable and provide exceptional customer service. Not once have they ever steered me wrong. Last night, I was forced to stop short in a turning lane between the solid white line and the curb and picked up a screw in my tire. Ran over here after work today and was helped by Billy this time. Awesome dude who helped me out in record time even though it was about a half hour to closing. Definitely recommend this place! Thanks for the awesome service as always!"

"Overall smooth and easy experience. I worked with the service manager (cannot recall their name, unfortunately) as well as Billy who were both very helpful, transparent, and polite. I had a classic nail in the tire scenario which required a replacement as it couldn't be patched, but I also needed to leave my car for nearly a week while traveling. Thankfully, this was no issue and they were able to secure my car indoors during the off hours. I was back on the road within minutes of my return to pickup my vehicle. Thanks again!"

"Billy is amazing. This was my first time getting new tires, and I had a lot of questions. Billy answered them all and then some, he really took the time to help me select the best tires, and explain to me his choices. He answered any questions I had and then some. He had my car done in a super timely manner and I am so impressed with the work, and customer service. As a younger woman, it is easy to feel nervous at a car repair shop (either that my lack of knowledge will result in me getting taken advantage of, or that my questions are dumb) but Billy made me feel instantly at ease. He is knowledgable, patient, trustworthy and honest. I can't recommend Billy and Monro on University Ave enough."

"The mangers here are great about explaining my repairs/maintenance and letting me know what is necessary, and what can wait (and how long). The techs do great work, too. The one time something wasn't quite right, they were very accommodating, letting me come in at my convenience and immediately pulling my car in to finish up. I couldn't ask for better service or pricing, and having an auto shop I trust is priceless!"
