"I called Roc City Auto Service last evening June 6, 2022. Scott had me drop off my car this morning at 8:30. He diagnosed my car within the hour after I dropped it off and he was able to repair my Cadillac immediately. Scott was finished mid-afternoon. I was thrilled that he could repair my car right way. His cost was more than fair. Very reasonable. Scott is a master mechanic and I will recommend him to my family and friends. Look no further!"
"Honestly, Scott saved our vacation! We came up to visit Rochester and then Watkins Glen State Park. Our engine all of a sudden didn’t start. Turns out we needed a new battery AND a new alternator. While we got the new battery under control, we needed to find a mechanic for the alternator. We were pretty hopeless and stuck in Rochester! We called so many mechanics and no one would take us. But I called Scott and he came to our aid ON A SATURDAY, a day he’s usually closed. He helped us out almost immediately after we called and had it all done in a little over an hour for a great price. Super grateful! This guy is awesome."
