"I had to bring my Granddaughter in to the Pittsford store early this morning to get a birthday present for her friend’s birthday party. After reading some of the negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the sales associates were…both on the sales floor and when we cashed out. They were helpful, courteous and not pushy at all. Of course I had to get my Granddaughter a pair of leggings for back to school but their quality is so worth the price. If the staff had been rude, I would not have done so."

"Made an order online, paid for it and was given my confirmation number. I was emailed 15 minutes later, that my order had been canceled and I should call. When I called, I was told that their website doesn't update quickly enough to know what is in stock. Then I was told there are 4 stores in 4 different states that had the pants in stock, but I would have to call all 4 and see if I can order directly from them and have them ship it. I asked to speak with a manager/supervisor and was told they don't have any. What kind of place are you running? If I am going to pay 100.00 for leggings, I think they should have a better website. I gave one star because I do love there leggings, but customer service is horrible."

"I take a Yoga class twice a week at a community college. I tried to wear my old XC ski pants but were too warm and seams hurt my legs in X legged positions. In the fall, I visited this store. All I wanted was one pair of men’s plain functional yoga pants. I received excellent customer service, was waited on professionally without pressure. Tried on several pairs. One style fit and looked terrific. Walked out with two pairs. Use them all the time. Comfortable and extremely functional 4 way material. Usually don’t like to shop. This was a terrific experience and I got exactly what I wanted."
