"The customer service was terrible. Their front desk associates were very rude and were not helpful at all when it came to helping me with my car. I have been here a few times and every time I’ve come it’s been a disaster and VERY unprofessional. They constantly have a problem with doing the services that they offer. I NEVER have this problem at any other Monroe Auto Service I take my car to. I will not take my car back there and I encourage others to find different and more reliable auto repair shops to take your car to. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE."

"This place is a mess. Had to put a star but they don’t deserve it. I had a warranty to cover a nail in my tire. They lied to Allstate saying they had already put the tire on my car (they hadn’t)… Because of this Allstate said the service was authorized and could not pay it in full but they would email a payment to Monro and it would take several days to process. Monro Motor would not put the tire on until it was paid for. Had they told the truth the transaction would have been instant according to Allstate and my tire would be on. Instead I had to pay it in full so I could have my car fixed and now I’m waiting for Allstate to approve a partial coverage for a warranty I literally paid for. Unreal. Thanks for your effort Monro."

"In and out 4 tires balance less than 20 mins. Amazing work. Update - After 2 months, I went back to do 4 tires mount and balance for different car but the tire and wheel in the trunk so no need to lift the car up. The different tech or service advisor ask different amount of service fees. Last time I paid less than $20 per tires plus taxes and fee. Now they ask me for $40 per tire for mount and balance. I said my rims and tires are in the trunk. The car don’t need to lift. I like the place cuz it convenient and near my house. But the service that offer from different people make for the customer like me to go back there again."

"I went to the Howard rd monroe. I booked an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I stayed while they did the work. Once the technician got my paper and keys he turned to the manager and said I'm not doing the tire rotation. I happened to hear this. The manager however didn't make sure I was aware of this. I feel the whole interaction was very unprofessional. Now I have to book an appointment elsewhere to get a tire rotation."
