"Morning people are great, evening? Not so much. Just ordered 3 drinks and at least 2 of the 3 are wrong and missing items that are supposed to be in them. No brown sugar flavor in the brown sugar shaken espresso, or the extra stuff I asked for. Ordered a vanilla bean frappe with mocha and strawberry puree, I'll let you guess what was missing."

"Order drinks for my wife and myself, my wife is severely lactose intolerant. I ordered an americano and she had a chai latte with oat milk. After consuming her drink she became violently ill. Nothing like spending ALL afternoon in the bathroom because you wanted to stop at Starbucks. I contacted the store and spoke with a manager who told me “ sometimes this happens”. Makes me think that they regularly don’t make drinks the correct way or they enjoy poisoning their customers. The worst customer service, I would avoid at all costs."
