"On Saturday, January 20th we had a reservation for 7:30PM at Sophia's, when we arrived at 7:15 the restaurant was chaotic, with a allot people in the doorway, as we asked about our reservation the gentleman at the front desk said we were not in the book and did not have a reservation. Also they were bring in folding tables for one of the rooms and there was a disagreement about a room being rented out that should not have been rented so the staff was having an argument, there also were a number of new waitstaff and other workers. I have been going to Sophia's for 8 years and never had my reservation denied and have not experience the chaos that was going on last night. Was wondering if Sophia has new ownership and management."
"I ordered the Chicken Parm for take out ..It wasn't good but awesome . Definitely Organic Chicken that melts in your mouth tender and delicious. Since I owned a restaurant I know great food.. Former Owner of Luca Bella White Plains.. What was impressive was the customer service.. I had a question about preparation and the owner came out his name is (RICO) and answered all my questions.. He was so gracious and accommodating I decided to reorder for the next day and had 2 days of the Chicken Parm... It's a nicely appointed a little outdated place with white cloth service with a great mature crowd. As for the service I think it is great because any questions I had they were able to accommodate us.. Worth the trip"

"Great happy hour spot. Bartenders were friendly and live music was entertaining. We ordered the zuppa di clams, eggplant rico, italian hot peppers, burrata & tomatoes, the deep fried zucchini and drinks. oh"
"I've been to a lot of restaurants in my neighborhood and this one is one of my favorite, I pass by it everyday for 7 yrs and this time we decided to make a reservation to try it out, the staff is very friendly and the food is everything it's full of flavor omg.
