"Our room was standard with microwave, refrigerator and TV. The first hotel that I had booked only had TV in common rooms, so I cancelled and rebooked. I was a little concerned because our room was so reasonably priced. Our room was extremely well located. Downtown Gatlinburg was a super short walk and we passed parking places charging $10 and $20 dollars to park nearly where we were located. There was also free trolley rides both north and south of our location, super close. Our location couldn't have been better. Our room was amazingly quiet. There wasn't any noise at all coming from adjacent rooms. The parking lot stayed quiet and no riff raff. The men working there kept an eye around the grounds and every morning would wish us a good day/ good morning. We felt very safe there. The staff seemed genuinely concerned that we were doing well and having a good time. I would definitely stay there again."

"Outstanding hospitality, clean, friendly and will go back. We came down with dually trucks pulling both open and enclosed trailers. They made sure we had plenty of parking and linens. They were extremely flexible on check in, changing reservations and placing our group in rooms next to each other. We got to see bears everyday crossing the parking lot."

"This is an older motel but is clean and convenient. Close enough to downtown to walk, yet far enough away to not have a lot of street noise. The receptionist was super friendly, like we were special, very enthusiastic. All of the staff were friendly and polite. The room itself was clean, the bed was comfy, everything worked. Unlike many motels, this one had a big, 55" TCL TV, which was very nice. Evidently bears cross the parking lot almost daily at this place: the day before our arrival, a momma bear and cubs strolled through, much to the delight of the guests. We were not in the room long enough to witness any bears."
