"The food was excellent, perfectly seasoned. We ordered 2 dinner plates which were delicious, we also ordered 2 drinks they were great. Cheyenne was our waitress, she was checking on us all the time and asking if we needed anything. The atmosphere and music very good. We strongly recommend “Red Lobster “ at Carle Place for the seafood lovers and steak lovers."
"Atmosphere was good for a large group of people. The food was heavy for my liking but I think it would be great for people who want to bulk up during the winter. The restaurant seemed heavily understaffed so please do keep in mind that there will be a long wait for anything you order, water, as well as the check."
"I have never dined in at this location, so can’t speak on the service for that. I usually order takeout and the food is always ready when I arrive, fresh and hot. The takeout hosts and hostesses are super friendly every time. Last time I went I was in the neighborhood so didn’t place the order online but went in. Since I was waiting for the food (13 mins) every single staff member came over to me and ask if I needed anything, offered free drinks, etc… They went above and beyond and I wasn’t even there long. I would definitely recommend this Red Lobster if you’re craving seafood and want excellent customer service."
"Waited for about 30 mins. But the food made it worth the wait. And the service was even better. Our server's name was Nichole. She was very kind and accommodating to our needs. She offered ways to get the best price for our food like recommending we get the fries and chicken tenders from the kids menu for our little one vs an adult meal. She was the kindest and made our dining experience 10 times better. Will be returning."
