"Cancelling my sip club because of consistent bad service from one middle aged male employee. It peaked when he KICKED my car to get my attention when bringing out my curbside order. He could’ve said hello and I would’ve heard him or tapped on the window. Seems like there are a lot of complaints about this one person on here. The rest of the team is sweet. Hoping Panera corporate is reading these reviews and takes corrective action."
"Panera bread on Old Country Rd. has the most amazing managers who have a marvelous personality when it comes to making their customers feel like they are important to their business brand. I will remain a loyal supporter and for the record the food is absolutely delicious."
"Panera has made their menu nearly incomprehensible. They’ve also really lowered the quality while prices aren’t really in line with what you get. The flatbread pizza I had was disgusting. The white sandwich bread they claim is crust was barely warm (barely cooked?)… soft and doughy yet unyielding like it had been microwaved. The sauce was nearly nonexistent and super oily. The cheese was also nearly nonexistent and flavorless. The pepperoni and sausage were of low quality and in short supply. The aftertaste in my mouth after finishing it was absolutely revolting. Microwave a frozen budget pizza and you’ve got better product. TL-DR, the flatbread pizza is bad like a kids menu pizza but somehow not good enough that any kids would eat it."
"Good, hopefully clean food. They make u like being a rabbit on account of their salads being so good and the variety is good. Lobster sandwich is good, fresh tasting, not old and fishy. The mac and cheese is always a hit with the kid and the servings are also good portions. -⭐ because the Chicken Alfredo Pasta just had chunks of chicken tossed on top, no effort made to dismantle the chunks, much less mix them in. Will this stop me from coming, nope. I just won't order the chicken alfredo again."
