"I purchased a bullbar from them, and had to return it. I had to email them multiple times just to be able to start the return process. After they received my return they didn't give me a refund and stopped responding to my emails. I am in the process of working with my bank to get a refund. Terrible customer service, and sketchy business."

"Liars two times resent the brackets through mail and both times wrong brackets although a gave all info about the vehicle. Promised to to install the rear bumper for free when come to the shop, bought the front bumper too, gave me verbal price 300 including tax, on invoice appeared 200 product price, 100 dollars installation fee and 26 dollars tax. Did not tell me is out installation fee which is waste of money for 10 min job which I could have done on my own. I though product itself 300 with tax only realized when he printed the invoice it is 200. + 25 tip for mechanic. Be careful of this scammers"

"I had my new RAV4 installed a set of running boards and a rear bumper guard. The mechanics guy adjusted carefully for the height and tested the sensors. Just look at how perfect they are on my new SUV!! Feels safe and cool!"

"Terrible gear. Terrible customer service. Do your research before buying - look at other reviews here and search truck forums for more negative feedback. Vanguard Off-Road's Alpha bar has so many things wrong with it. Whoever did the cutouts didn't even remove the entire name, with a huge chunk of "A" still stuck in there - see photos. The paint was caked on in places and ran before drying. The welds are terrible and even with the heavy paint, this thing still rusts despite living on a truck that is kept in a climate-controlled garage year-round. Two of the backup LED cubes are completely burned out, and one of the passenger-side amber LEDs is also burned out. The wiring is shabby and hangs down all over the place. I contacted Vanguard's customer service to see if they could help with replacement LEDs and was literally laughed at by one of the employees, who provided zero help other than saying it would be super expensive to replace. Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I asked for details on replacing the LEDs myself then, and received no follow up response. I'm new to aftermarket truck parts but will never choose or recommend another Vanguard product, ever."
