"WILL NEVER go here again for any dress. Ordered a dress for my mother for my wedding in JUNE, and in February months later they couldn't find the dress. Then when she picks up the dress it's a size 20. When she's like a size 10. Insane. Worst experience ever. Better off ordering off Amazon. As the dress was falling off her, and had my mother call back multiple time when they said the dress was in. And just kept putting her off. Like I said. Never going back"

I walked in feeling dreadful honestly! I met Laura & my night changed. She was like a long lost friend! Very knowledgable, and extremely patient! They had a huge selection. Gretchen was very informative and patient during my gown consultation. The gown selection was unbelievable! They had multiple designers to choose from and hundreds of styles. By far their gown selection was the most I have seen over any other bridal shop. After I choose my gown and my order came in I had multiple fittings to make sure the fit was correct. The seamstresses were amazing to work with and had tailored my dress to fit like a glove. Their craftmanship was incredible, it looked amazing.
