"One of the worst customer service experiences I've had in online shopping. I purchased two sets of clothing as a gift. They shipped, and then went missing. The company has offered no help in fixing the issue and has placed all the blame on the shipping provider (with whom I have no recourse as a third party). Hudson Childrenswear won't replace the items and to date, has refused to refund me. It's been over 30 days since I placed the order. Shop somewhere else that will take ownership of their relationship with their customers."
