"More than an opinion, it is a complaint. They do not have the slightest consideration and respect for the client. I bought two dresses, my dress needed some alterations, long, cups, it had a very deep neckline in the front. When I picked up the dress, the lady packed it up and didn't even let me try it on again. Big surprise when I got home. The cups were on, the neckline was horrible, my 4 year old daughter would have done better, the length and seam were very crooked. total indignation. adding that I spent the cost of the alteration was $189 for a total of $1,329 lost. I couldn't wear the dress at the wedding. Be careful where you leave your money. Note: no sustain a satin shawl was a piece a fabric to cover my shoulders. Totally RIPOFF!"
