"Seems like every time we go they forget something on our order. Food is good, but for over $15/ hour, you'd think they'd at least get it right once in awhile. They forgot our biscuits in a 16 piece meal. And we didn't realize it until we got home."
"Everything about the KFC in olean is horrible. Waited at least 20 minutes for fast food and then nothing was right. Ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was all cheese. Fries were so hard you could chip your tooth on. Ordered a 5 piece tender and got only 4."
"Drive thru was backed up which is expected on Sunday night at 6pm. However it was a bit excessive at over 25 mins from first getting in line to leaving with the food. As you can see from the pictures there’s not much consistency in the food. Everything tasted good, but I could order the same thing tomorrow and it will look different."
