"I should have checked my bag. They remember my sauce, but not the nuggets I ordered. I would have rather had the chicken than the sauce. The other items were correct."
"Me and my wife went in tonight to get dinner and try the new pretzel baconator. Hers was perfect, exactly as ordered, but mine on the other hand was not. I order my burgers with no sauce due to a food aversion and they disregarded my request for no ketchup and mayonnaise. I take my sandwich inside to exchange it for the correct order. I get home to find out that it does indeed not have sauce this time, but is a regular baconator. If you're going to do your job, do it properly and follow instructions. Would not recommend this Wendy's for your business if you do have food allergies and/ or food aversions, the employees obviously do not pay attention to the customers requests."
"guy at the drive thru assumed we were finished with our order after every single food item we spit out. it was incredibly rude, not to mention they misheard our order but cut us off before we could even correct them. there was no one behind us. i dont know what quota youre trying to fulfill. but you sure aint getting corpo's attention for that employee of the month. stop trying so hard and slow down and take it easy, god damn."
"Maybe half of the staff was doing any actual work. The rest appeared to be milling around aimlessly. The wait to take our order was longer than it should have been given that it wasn't very busy, and so was the wait to receive our food. My son is 9 and had to use the bathroom but they wouldn't give us the code to the door until after we had ordered and paid which took way longer than it should have as I said above. The food was fine when we actually got it."
"The irony to this photo taken there (notice the cleaning chemicals by the food) is that i do not believe the employee's know how to use the cleaners. This restaurant has gone down hill and is filthy. The service sucks. The cashier taking orders i am certain was higher then snoop dogg and slightly rude not to mention it took 34 minutes to get our order."
