"Can't rate the coffee or food, never got any. Tried the drive-thru a few times. It doesn't move. Don't have 15-20 minutes for drive-thru. Was going to try going inside, but the line was to the door. Line inside doesn't seem to move any faster. This location needs help."

"My husband and I finally got out of the ER after 13 hours and were SO hungry. We found out that Tim Hortons drive-through was open and decided to go there before heading home. The voice coming through the box was pleasant and VERY understanding. WHY would someone be ordering food at 3am?! Not only was the service exceptional, but the food was delicious . Wonderful to know that something is open 24/7 and going inside didn't need to be an option!"
