"Had 2 of the worst experiences I had in my life in fast food chains. Drive thru both times. 1st time I waited for 1 hour with drive thru to find out that people behind me got our food before us. When I complained inside, the manager said they ran out of some of the things we ordered and asked if they could give us cookies instead. How is she going to give us a lower value item in exchange for what we paid for? She didn’t even compensate anything extra for us due to the wait and inconvenience. 2nd time we hesitated to come back bc of the 1st experience but decided to give them another chance. We ordered a party pack of 12 crunchy tacos and got all soft shell tacos with barely any meat and wasn’t even placed in a box. It was all dumped into the bag, crushed. Had to come back and return all the soft shells in exchange for crunchy ones. I hope they are not serving the ones we returned. Bottomline: they have the worst customer service and don’t do anything extra to compensate for the orders they messed up on. They are horrible. We will never be back here again. Lesson learned twice."

"This is a Taco Bell, KFC Take out restaurant. My son and I got exactly what was ordered. We ordered online, picked up when my Son got off work. We enjoyed hot food."

"First they didn't give us all of our food then repeatedly hung up when we called. And I didn't know you could mess up a taco. The food seemed old, hard edges on tortilla and such. Steak gordita was God awful and that's usually my favorite. The only thing that has flavor was the packets of taco sauce."

"**2nd update: Decided to stop tonight 5/26/22 because Mexican Pizza is back on the menu. Waited a bit for my order which is customary for this place and noticed after I was handed the bag by the manager that the pizza box was standing on it's side. I set it the right way but it was too late. The pizza was a mess. They were also out of Dr. Pepper. Running out of cheese, beef and beans is also customary at this location. Still keeping this at 1 star ****Updating my review and bringing it down to 1 star. I had a simple order for 2 at the drive thru and she kept stopping me and having me start over. I repeated my order three times and when I got to the window I saw why. Her and the manager next to her were flirting and talking so much the customers were secondary. Neither one had gotten my drink and when he did he unwrapped the straw and put it in my drink. Clearly NOT paying attention. We had NO napkins, NO plastic utensils, NO butter for the biscuits and NO gravy on the mashed potatoes. What a joke."
