"My husband and I haven’t been to an Applebees in years. While vacationing, we stopped to eat at the Olean, NY location. The host sat us down and told us there was only one server at the moment. We thought it might take a while. The server, Dalton was very professional, polite, and quickly got us our food even though he was waiting on all the tables in our section. He didn’t seem rushed or stressed at all. Did a great job! The food was great too."

"So I went in I ordered a salad never got my salad dressing then he brings it to me after he takes my salad plate from me after I had finished it with no dressing and then brings out the food which was wrong as well and then I went to pay he noticed I was staying in the hotel next door he offered me a discount because of it because I have an agreement with a hotel and he comes back with a new ticket and still charges me the original price he was just completely lost I don't know if it was his first day or what however if it was he needs a little bit more training if it wasn't then need to look into what is going on in that restaurant cuz it's absurd"

"The family and I went there for dinner last night. We came in and got set down right away. Our waiter came right up to us and got our appetizer and drink order. Our appetizers came out right away. Our appetizers were mozzarella sticks and beer bub pretzels they were good. Our main corse was macaroni and Cheese for the girls, my wife had a clubhouse grill and I had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp. All of our food was good and our service was excellent. The only thing that was a little shocking was our check. For 4 people 2 adults and 2 kids with tip was 117.00. Besides that everything was good."
