"After reading the previous reviews and living 1 and 1/2 hours away my family and I took the ride to Olean. As an African American Family we did not experience the same as others. The vibes were great the staff greeted us and seated us right away. Ashley was very patient and out going. The food was good. We had a concern about the restroom and it was taken care of right away. Our children were satisfied and enjoyed their time at Friendly’s. Thanks for the great hospitality."

"I've never been to a Friendly's before, though I was familiar with the name (from the ice cream). We were seated right away and the staff were all very friendly. Place was clean. Not super busy at 10:30 on a Monday. Menu focused half on desserts and half on hot food (we were here for lunch). Prices were ok, food came out quickly and we were pleased. See pics."
"Finally a Friendly's that's still open! Me and my fiancé have been craving Friendly's for years after they closed so many of them down and finally came to the one in Olean. We ordered the honey BBQ burger which is our all time favorite burger. It was just as goood as we remembered it. The burger was juicy and full of flavor. Our server was very nice and the whole place just brought back great memories."
