Chipotle Mexican Grill

"So me an my family stopped there for my son's bday...at 7ish...thinking food should be pretty fresh...everything was pretty much dried up or empty. Which was surprising to me for a dinner rush time... hope it's not like that all the time"

"Being the first time at this specific one, here's the breakdown. We stopped at the spur of the moment. There was one car there. Luckily we stopped when we did, because as soon as we got our food and sat down, it got busy. Food, the portions were good and the taste and delivery was good. Staff, the staff was younger, as I say to my wife, a bunch of kids. That being said, they were on top of things. Being our first time there, the staff explained exactly what they had and what was what. Even explaining things, we still had our food in a few minutes. Facility, other than the tables needing cleaned a little better, the place looked good. Granted, the tables are stainless and can pick up smudges. There were food stains on the one we sat at, but, a quick wipe with a napkin and we were good. Staff 2, the employees got a good push while we were there, both in house and pickup. They were very lax getting the food ready and out. No, hysterics, no yelling, everything seemed to flow smoothly. So, I can't give it 5 stars, because of the table, but, other than that, it was a good dining experience. The Rev recommends."

"High priced dog food. You get about a half of a bowl of Carne Asada for &12.50. Tasteless and mushy. Taco Bell better. First and last trip to that dump!"

"UPDATE: 8/25/23 We tried it again tonight. The food again is pretty good, I have to now say they are clearly understaffed, but somehow keep smiling and doing the best they can! Let me start by saying the atmosphere is AWFUL, ITS LOUD, NYC subway tunnel at RUSH hour loud! The young lady at the front of the line was wonderful and did her best to explain things but KNOW BODY could hear anything over all the noise! No I do not have hearing issues. Let me also add Most of the seating is Child Size! I ordered a bowl of some sort of chicken. Although I did enjoy it, I have no idea what they call it to loud!. The wife order same thing feeling the same way. Our oldest daughter ordered some kind of steak burrito which she said was great. Overall, unless they fix the acoustics my family will relegate this to an odd take out craving."

"First and only visit. Steak was tough, dried out, over blackened & gristled. Food cold. a small pop cost $3.10 and one scoop of cheese sauce added $1.60 on top of the already high price. Chips were old, dried out & hard. Definitely not worth $43 for 2 people. No issues with staff."
