"I bought a belt bag and a matching hat for vacation. It broke the second day I wore it. It was after their 14 day return policy and they wouldn’t do anything. It was a digital receipt sent via texts so without that they won’t do anything. I would not support a company that does not back their products and does not work with their clients. They can tell the bag still looked brand new! So disappointed!"
