"Had the best experience, from taking my information on the phone. Providing an estimate, and scheduling me right in. My car went in when they said it would and it took as long as they said. I was worried, after I made the appointment I noticed previous poor ratings. So, I made another appointment with another shop just in case. Kudos to the manager and staff you did a fantastic job and I’ll be back."

"Made an order online for tires and confirmed a day ahead. Was told it would take 45 minutes prior. Was the first person to arrive at 9:30 and asked if cabin filter could be replaced as well. Noticing a difference in pricing I expressed not wanting the additional cost and was told to calm down (unprofessional). The communication was very casual/ offensive. Waited an hour and a half after witnessing another customer after me check out I asked the status. He then expressed that the worker was busy with another car and that it would take another 45 minutes. Basically they had me sitting for an hour and a half thinking my car was being worked on when it wasn’t. Unprofessional staff and business all around this will be the the first last time coming here."
