"Toyota of Batavia is where I bought my car from two years ago after my previous one had been totaled in an accident. Nico who sold me my car was great, kind and nice to work with. My car came with an audio sound system error on light on it. Nico said he would get it taken care of. A couple of months went by and I called. Nico said the parts needed to fix it were on back order because of the pandemic and he would call me when they came in. I waited two years and no one called me. Nico left Toyota of Batavia during this time and Leon who works there now, emailed me asking me if there was anything I needed about my car. I emailed him back and told him that my car still needed the sound system failure to be repaired. He was able to get in touch with the services department and the manager of Toyota of Batavia. They agreed to fix my sound system failure for me since Nico promised me to do so. They worked with a local Jeep dealership to make the repairs on my Jeep Renegade and my speakers and radio were replaced. I do appreciate them doing that. But, it didn’t fix the sound system failure problems and the light is still on the dashboard when I got my car back. So, it has to go back in for more repairs next week after just getting my car back yesterday. The staff at Toyota, especially Arnold and Obli, have very easy and kind to work with. I just hope the issues what is wrong with my gets fixed this time for sure at the Jeep dealership they are working with."
