"If you want a place to meet up with friends and have a drink or two this is the place. Great beers and great atmosphere! Beers so good I couldn’t get a photo before a sip was taken"

"The truffle fries and pulled pork sandwich were excellent. Pork was in chunky moist fatty pieces. Gluten-free bun was tasty. The angry burger was a good size but flavorful. However, it could have been cooked a bit more--was real pink inside. Nice indoors and oudoors areas. Good service. Note: they were very busy on a Saturday night."

"Immaculate and modern brewing location with ample paved parking and smooth walkways. There is plenty of space indoors with high open beam ceilings, a view of the shiny brewing area, a small clothing/souvenir section, a balcony dining area (possibly private party), a beautiful long white (stone?) bar. The bathrooms are roomy, spotless and modern with unique touch free sinks and soap and towel dispensers. The landscaping is beautiful with grassy areas, a stone framed pond with fountain. A spacious L-shaped patio with thick timber roof and a gravel porch with picnic tables, coffee tables, and individual stone/glass fire pit sections. A great place for outdoor dining with friends, family (children playing in grass and around pond), or a great date. There is plenty of friendly staff for the many guests the facility serves at one time, very quickly. Our server, Nicole R was terrific! She greeted us right away, brought drinks and appetizer, and took orders for entrees without hesitation. Our food was brought and we received just the right amount of attention. Not too much, not too little. Paying for the meals was a breeze with pay at table technology. Three of our party of four, enjoyed the "flight of four" samplings of various beers. All beers were delicious, cold, and fresh! We split a Brazen Board (charcuterie) with just the right amount for four, no waste. The Brazen Burger was two chuck patties with a unique seasoning that was quite delicious. The patties tended to slide apart making the sandwich messy to eat, but so yummy. The Crispy Chicken sandwich was nicely breaded, crisped but tender inside with a great seasoning; it stayed together well for neat eaters. Lastly, the Honey Pig Pizza; a soft hand stretched pinsa crust with delicious candied pecans and cinnamon arugula. The soft pinsa crust was stubborn to cut with a fork and knife for hand held sections, but it was delicious and easy to bite. There is only one true downfall here. The inside dining area with high ceiling, open floor plan and many windows, leaves the acoustics to be uncomfortably and sometimes annoyingly loud. Still, we would definitely return as the outside dining is a fantastic experience."

"I watched this place being built and couldn't wait to check it out. Beautiful building with excellent natural light. Service was excellent from being greeted to our waiter that was very attentive. I had the mochi and husband went with the snow bird both were fantastic beers. Ordered the Brazen Burger with truffle fries and BLT with sweet potatoe fries and both were cooked to perfection, especially the truffle fries. I have no complaints and if I could offer a suggestion it would be some branding at the tables. Many people review and take pictures and nothing at the tables was branded."

"What a nice evening at a new local hot spot. Even on the precipice of a major snowstorm that brought some areas 70+ inches of snow, the venue was still packed with guests on a week night. As part of the Yelp Elite event, we were upstairs in a private area that overlooked the dining area, and brewing operations. Everything felt familiar and quaint even though it was my first time there- the space was warm and inviting despite the cold temperatures outside. The evening consisted of several food and beer pairings which were detailed in a presentation by one of the owners, and head chef. It was really nice to see the teamwork between not only those two, but also the entire support staff running plates and beverages up and down the two flights of stairs so we could have a seamless tasting experience. As a self admitted "non-beer drinker" I had mixed thoughts going into the night- I've been wanting to try more beers, but can never seem to find a place to try a truly small sample back to back without being rushed or interrupted. Having several hours here to sip and enjoy truly was lovely, and I even ended up finding an Sour IPA (Identical Hand Twins) that was quite pleasant. On the food side of the aisle. There was no disappointment; each course was prepared fresh and you could tell it was handmade with passion by the culinary staff. The Caprese salad was light and fresh, while the pretzel sticks were soft and pillowy, perfect for the warm cheese sauce. Next up was a delightful flat bread that had a tasty honey (?) glaze paired with fresh arugula and some crunchy nut which really elevated the dish to a mouthy sensation. Finishing off the food was a burger slider which was juicy and stacked high with traditional American favorites. The tastings did exactly what I had hoped; leave me longing for more and ready to stop back again to try the rest of the menu. Will definitely be back, and excited to see the property during the summer when the outdoor space can be utilized."
