"Sunday mornings need more staff. The kids who run it need training or help. Mobile ordering is a complete waste of time because they don’t make your order until you come into the building and wait in line, just to tell them you already ordered. I come a few times a month when I’m in the area working and this is one of the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever visited. The owner should be embarrassed of the product they’re putting out."
"Wow. I had to walk up to 3 different employees and ask where I go to pick up an online order before one could even be bothered to acknowledge my presence. The first girl I asked 3 times. I was polite. I said excuse me miss. Then mam can I ask you a question. Then, hi can you hear me I'm trying to ask you where I go for pick up. All 3 times she ignored me. She was less then one foot away from me. The cashier wouldn't answer me either. I had to go around and ask one of the people preparing the food to help me. I guess I wasn't white enough for them. I will never come back here. I don't recommend any one of color does either"
