"I went there for the first time yesterday not knowing what to expect of their food but the staff was extremely friendly and explained all details about selections. Everything is made fresh not frozen and thankfully dairy free and they have many gluten free options as well. The portion sizes are very plentiful for the price and the food was delicious. I got the stuffed peppers, general tso and the Italian caprese with an oatmeal cookie. Everything is very healthy as well. I can't wait to try more options and come back again. Thank goodness for a place like this in our neighborhood! Ps, parking is tricky, It was suggested to park across the street, near the church or in their lot ( which only has a few spots) or you can park on the side street. Don't let the parking situation deter you from going to this place because it was worth the search for a spot. :)"

"We stopped in today and grabbed a couple smoothies. I got the kitchen sink and my wife got the peanut butter cup. Both smoothies were amazing. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. The atmosphere is very welcoming."

"Took my son here for lunch. I thought this was a restaurant but it's more of a prepackaged food place. Nevertheless they can make you fresh smoothies and sandwiches as well as take some of the items that are packaged for to go and heat them up for you. The food is very healthy and it's all plant-based so thumbs up on that. I believe you can get a package of meals for the week here and if I lived nearby I probably take advantage of that. Don't come here and expect a restaurant like experience, but if you just want some healthy vegan food this is your place. I would definitely come here again if I was in the area. Also I met the owner and she was super nice"
