"Ron was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional, responsive and accommodating. The bartenders Sandy and Stacy were professional, friendly and very easy to work with. I would definitely hire them again!"
"Hired Buffalo Bartenders to bartend our wedding in October. The initial contact was easy and friendly but after we booked with our initial quote and then had our final numbers and needed to update our quote, it took 4 emails to get a response and updated quote. Made us feel low priority. The day of our wedding, the bartender arrived and we did not even know--never introduced themselves. We left a small sheet with directions for the night, including some requests such as ID-ing every guest, as we had several underaged family members in attendance. We found out halfway through the night that not a single person was being ID'ed. We ran out of some types of alcohol very quickly but no one was told so that we could go get more. Bartender also seemed very bored and unprofessional and took a bucket we had brought for decor to makeshift a tip jar, after we also noted we did not want a tip jar out. Not super thrilled with the service."
"Ron was sure a pleasure and easy person to work with. He was super flexible and willing to help do whatever it takes to make an event run smooth. He even went out to grab more supplies when they were running low without issues or hesitation! Ron is the absolute best!"
