"My sister and I came in here to start her back to school shopping. We weren’t greeted when we came in, and the store was disorganized as far as sizing goes. We shopped for about 20 minutes, no one spoke to us, and I only saw the cashier. We went to the fitting rooms, and waited. Asked the cashier for help, was ignored while she tried to crank out her long line. My sister walked around looking for someone as I waited by the door with my son. She came back, and couldn’t find anyone. I walked around the whole store, and no one to help us. I put the clothes down in the fitting room, and we walked out. As we walked out two men who were standing chit chatting who i’d seen before when I had walked around seeking help. One said “have a great day!”. I turned and said “i’m sorry, do you work here?”. They replied “yes”. No mind you neither of them have a walkie, name tag, no indication they work there except for keys I noticed on the one’s wrist. I said “that’s great, I walked this whole store looking for someone and was ignored by the only employee actually working at the registers, while you chat.”. He said nothing, horrible customer service! Went next door to AE for better deals and service!"
