While the prices are not what I would call affordable and think this is so great I wish the experience was more accessible, the right bra is generally easy to convince yourself that the money is worth it. "This was the best bra experience I’ve ever had in my life. I didn’t know what to expect, but had heard many women talk about Lace and Day. I was tired of all my Layne Bryant bras not giving me the support I needed and not knowing what to wear. I made an appt online and when I got to the store I was warmly greeted by employees. My fitting was with one of the owners, Holly, and she was incredible. So nice, so friendly, so bubbly. She knows exactly what she’s doing and that’s why this store is such a success. Gone are the days of being measured by an associate and bras passed through the curtain. You get a 1:1 experience with them in the room with you. Going over what does and doesn’t work for you. Lots of styles and colors available. I never felt uncomfortable and already know I’m tossing all the bras I have that aren’t from here. If you don’t at least give this store a try, you’re a flop."
"My teen daughter and I went bra shopping the other day. My daughter had an emotional moment (as teens sometimes do), and I can not say enough about how great the ladies were about taking care of her. They were tender and compassionate, sensitive and supportive. I believe it was Holly and Brittany who took care of us. I can't recommend these ladies enough. Thank you for providing your customers with such attentive, individualized service. We appreciate you, and look forward to stopping by again soon."
"WOW. They make everything SO easy. The time saving versus wandering the mall are tremendous. I had a fitting and left with my bras for the year. Very cute styles and seasonal colors. The bras I left with are what I’d pay at the mall, but are made with better materials and they promise a long life. There are also custom options. They have men’s undies and PJs too, plus women’s athletic cloths, PJs, robes and undies. They ship and you can check their website for seasonal colors and sales."
