"Cozy authentic and cheap! The best Mexican you will find in the area that isn't chain restaurant. Family owned and operated the staff is so friendly and funny and the restaurant is decorated so cute. And yes they serve margaritas the best in town."
"We went out to celebrate a family birthday party and decided to try Aguacates. We were not disappointed in the least. The food was well priced, portions were on the larger side and the service was good as well. The menu is extensive so expect to take some time deciding what you want. They have a kids menu too which is a plus for families. Anyone with kids knows kids can be extra picky sometimes. In this case though both my littles were happy with what they got and were happy with the menu options. Out of a party of 8 we had no complaints at all and will definitely return. We also indulged in a pitcher of Blue Margaritas which we all loved. The only issue we had was the seating is a little cramped. They are kind of trying to get just a few too many tables in the space that they have. Overall though I would definitely recommend Aguacates."

"Taquitos Mexicanos were very delicious! Tacos al Pastor weren't bad but could use some more flavor overall, the refried beans served with it were the best I've ever had, super flavorful and not dry at all, the rice was also delicious. The salsa was really flavorful and chips were served warm and very fresh! I'll definitely be back! Prices were good for portions sized as well!"
"We've been here before and loved it every time, but tonight's dinner was even better than usual! We had the Molcajete plate (catfish, steak, chicken and shrimp with peppers, onion and cheese) and the Texas fajitas (steak, chicken and shrimp). Guys, neither of us have ever tried seafood in a Mexican restaurant because we just didn't think they went together, lol. Boy, were we wrong! This was one of the best meals I've ever had in my 50 plus years on this earth! You've got to try it! Great food, great service, great atmosphere!!! Five stars is not enough for this local treasure! Try it. You won't regret it!"
