Taco Bell

"I went here twice around the time it had opened. Both times I went, they messed up my order, and rather than argue and waste my time already having been driving away with my food. I just told myself maybe it because it's a newer location they're still getting used to things. That was the first time I ordered from there. The second time I ordered my food with a drink, they forgot to give me 2 of the items out of my ordered and my drink essentially taking my money for things I never got. I don't know if anything has changed since then, but that will be the last time I order from this location."

"I have been to this taco bell when they first opened and was excited to finally get a taco bell in the area. But the service was horrible and my meal was not correct. I chalked it up to just opened and they are working out the kinks. It seems to me after 2 more visits, months apart you would assume taco bell as a corporation would have smoothed out the issues but it seems the store manager Steven Clarke is incapable of managing a taco bell location. The poor management has made not only an eye sore in the area but also brought unacceptable quality to the the town of hamburg. I hope anyone that reads this heeds my warning. You will NOT get the meal you asked for. Do better steven this is unacceptable. I will give you, Steven. two more visits to your taco bell. If there is improvement I will amend my post and give a progress report. But If your establishment continues to perform at a standard below even taco bells standards, I will notify corporate."

"Extremely poor customer service. Stood at the register for about 5-7 minutes while the staff (5 employees) all laughed and joked in the prep kitchen. Eventually, I had my order taken and when I went to pay was informed they could only accept cash due to their systems being down. No worries. I handed the cashier a $20 and he handed me back some change and said “this is all I can give you back, I don’t have any coins, but I owe you 38¢”. Not the end of the world. I then proceeded to wait 25 minutes to get a burrito, a taco and a drink. During my wait, I was asked 2 separate times what I was waiting on and was informed they were “almost done making it”. Unfortunately, the taco was made incorrectly, so I had to go back into the store to have it remade (shell, chicken, cheese, lettuce sour cream… not that difficult, right?) Wrong. That took an additional 10 minutes to get a new one. Once again, I was asked what I was waiting for and this time they said they had forgotten to remake it, but after some time, I eventually got it and it was made correctly. I would recommend making your own food or going elsewhere. Just a waste of time going here and not worth it."

"Awful experience. Waited 15 minutes to get my mobile order. While I was waiting, I decided to order something else off of the menu. Got my drink. And proceeded to wait another 25 minutes, only for me to ask if my 3 tacos were ready. And lo and behold, they didn’t even know about them. And I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to make the 3 tacos. And while I was waiting a customer and a manager were arguing pretty loudly, with the manager then throwing the customer out of the store. And the customer said well I already paid, and the manager said oh well. So rude. Very disappointing Taco Bell. Very disappointing."

"Steve the manager treated me great! They had shorted us on a drive thru order and he did right by me. You have to circle the building twice for drive thru. Just be careful"
