"I admit it was busy the night I went but that's still no excuse. None of the subs I ordered were marked so we had to open them all when I got home to figure out whose sub was whose. On top of that none where cut and the where a mess."

"When told the Girl at the counter that the Pizza at the other 2 Bella Locations Lackawanna & Boston NY. Made a Better Pizza she got Really Nasty with me & Arguementative. Since I only got a pop because I won’t eat thier food because I know how bad it is She spouted off to me what brought this to mind & Looked at the slice Pie that was under the glass and said to her look there’s Puddles of grease on top of the cheese. This put her mind over the Boiling Point and by then she was just about fit to be tied & asked me to Leave.!!!"
"When you order, they forget an item, They bring you a nice burnt dried out chicken palm sub."
"I have eaten here three times, and every time I couldn’t believe how bad it was compared to other pizzerias in the area. The first time was a pizza with steak and onion rings. The steak did not taste like steak, the onion rings were soggy and it just didn’t taste good. The second time I ate it to compare it with another local pizza place, and Bella pizza didn’t stand a chance. Today I got a chicken parm sub (pictured below). The sauce tasted burnt somehow, the bread and some cheese was burnt, and the chicken tenders were maybe the worst I’ve ever had. Do not spend your money here if you’re looking for something good to eat. I’ve given them 3 chances but I won’t be eating here again."
