"When you order, they forget an item, They bring you a nice burnt dried out chicken palm sub. Note, this is for the Lake shore location. Since they won't pay attention. I have to put it on every location until the manager or owner see this."

"We just recently received our order of a sheet pizza and bucket of wings. We specifically asked for no char on the bbq wings and they came completely charred. Basically inedible see pictures. Normally we love Bella but this wasn't a good experience."
"1st time stopping in while passing through the area. Extremely POLITE YOUNG LADY AT COUNTER! Had a 1/2 Sub, fries & pop. Everything was FRESH. I decided to eat it there. The seating area was SPOTLESS, and very comfortable with BIG SCREENS as i was eating staff walked out asked if there was anything i needed and made sure with a walk around everything was up to snuff. Id highly RECOMMEND this business. Kudo's to the Staff. The business walking in was constant. But the Staff was A+++, as each person left the girls all said " GO BILLS" It was really nice. Mark"
