"I came in for an oil change with an appointment at 12 it took them over an hour to finish which is a little long for an oil change but nothing I haven’t seen before. I was then told I should get some other things done to my which would only take around 45 minutes so I figured that would be fine. The mechanic then began work at 2 I waited until 3:30 double what they predicted before I went up to the front desk to ask what was taking so long. Apparently someone told the mechanic I had left it’s now four and I’m just getting my car back. Would not come here again"

"first time i was there i waited in the shop for 3 hours just for them to tell me they cant do it at that time and send me home. This most recent time i had them swap over my winter tires onto my rims. They came back with similar severe damage on 3 outta 4 of my rims. I went back to see if i could get a refund on the service i paid for and they sat there and insisted that they had nothing to do with it. they insisted it was from a bad powder coating job when the rims arent even powder coated. they refused to refund me and lied to my face."
