"Definitely not the same store I grew up with, it used to focus almost entirely on music but not there is only one small area of music and didn't even have a full size variety in any shirt style they offered. Sad to see where hot topic has gone in the last 10-15 years."
"Small and quaint little Hot Topic store. Very organized, very friendly and helpful staff. Chuck is awesome, he really helped out a lot. I was looking for a specific item and he knew exactly what I was looking for, found it right away and even held it for me until I was ready to complete my purchase. This store has the best items that can be found in Hot Topic. They are not at all cluttered and had everything I was looking for. I was a bit disappointed with the Galleria Mall location but in comparison I love the McKinley Mall location and will definitely be coming to this location from this point forward. Also, SALES!!! HOT CASH!!! LOVE IT!!!!!!"
"I just did a pickup at store order. They were having a sale on earrings, buy two get third free. Unfortunately the actual pair my daughter wanted weren't available even though online it said it was. I called customer service and they are sending me the pair, free shipping and honoring the sale. I was happy with customer service as well as the associates at the actual store."
