"I dropped my car off this past Friday, keys in the drop box. After I called on Saturday at about noon to check on it, my envelope apparently was stuck in the box. I forgot to make an appointment, they said no problem. I picked up my car a couple hours later. It was no big deal that the message center wasn't reset and no new oil change sticker. But, today.. Tuesday, the TMPS light flashed again on the way to work and again home. Thinking back, the mechanic said the button was under the steering wheel where no one sees it. I found it in the glove box after a YouTube video. It makes me wonder if the work was done at all or if they just took my money? Or do I need new valve stems.? It doesn't add up. Either way I will go elsewhere for an other oil change for peace of mind. Also being called "THAT" lady was uncalled for. The other Firestone in Hamburg isn't much better."

"This place just cannot get it together. They lack the proper staff to be running this facility properly, wait times are ridiculous ... Usually 3+hours for something as simple as a tire rotation. Years ago they were an amazing place to take your vehicle but no more."

"*I would not go here if we didn't have to for the lifetime alignment deal* every single time - there is ALWAYS an issue. This is our most recent: Oct 2023 We made an apt for 11am. Once we arrived the tech claimed the appointment never got made on their end( even though we had a conformation.... ) So, we made ANOTHER apt for 2pm the same day. My husband went back, was there for 1.5 hours only for alignment to not get done. Unless you have a perfect car with no issues, no rust, perfect tires with no wear don't expect much. The policies are ridiculous and there is only ever one Tech working. Expect some sort of issue and a LONG wait. A whole day wasted for literally nothing."

Took my car in for an inspection, got some news of needed maintenance, they built a quote, talked me through the whole situation, and made sure I had a successful visit. Never felt rushed.
