I was answered fairly rude and was told that they already have someone in that position. Apparently if you’re buying flowers the customer service is good. But when hiring it isn’t?"

Wow, I thought the first boutique was great (see first picture and 2nd paragraph, but this 2nd one ( see last 3 photos) is awesome. IF YOU NEED FLOWERS GO HERE !! She does a wonderful job, she is flat out awesome. She made a wonderful display of flowers, the women thy were sent to loved them.
