"Times are getting tough. Bob Johnson Chevy in Pulaski must be feeling it because they now will do more shady things to pay their bills. I bought a CERTIFIED used Chevy from the dealer. I bought it because it was certified - good to go. The salesman and I test drove it and the brakes had an issue with pulsing. We talked about it and he assured me the service department had looked at the brakes again and it just needed to be driven. I picked it up a week later knowing they would fix the barkes if the pulsing continued. He assured me it was certified and any problems would be fixed. Long story short, I brought it in for service and told the salesman the brakes were still pulsing. I brought it in for the second service under the certified program and wrote in the issues section the brakes were still pulsing. Imagine my chagrin when the service manager came back, and the saleman was right there, and told me there was indeed a problem with brake rotors and they could fix it for $1000. I said it was certified. The response from service was that the barkes were not covered. They said they had no record of the problem. The salesman was standing right there and he was the record of the problem. They went off to the sales manager and came back and said I had to pay. I did. The explaination bottom line was they needed to pay bills. They did me dirty and said what they felt was a good out for them. It was not and I won't trust them again."

"Had a specified time and date with a specific vehicle. Only to learn from another salesman that the car had been sold 3 weeks prior. They went back and forth blaming each other and just straight up lying about it to me. Absolutely not. They are not good people whatsoever and didn’t even apologize or offer another vehicle. I can’t imagine how terrible the rest of their “service” is. Do not buy a car from the Pulaski dealership, especially if his name is Chad rozo. Straight up scum"

"I bought my used truck from Bob Johnson Chevy in Pulaski. Dylan was my salesman. From the first contact a month before my purchase, all the way until my date of purchase, Dylan was extremely helpful. Probably the best salesman ever, not pushy, manipulative or sneaky. He made my experience very comfortable. Buying a vehicle from a dealership can often be an awkward and uncertain experience. If you want to avoid that feeling, I recommend buying from Dylan! Bob Johnson’s inventory and pricing seemed very good for the current truck market. I am overall very pleased with my purchase."

"When the vehicle was dropped off the gentleman didn't want the mileage and said he wouldn't check it in until it's appointment day. We did drop it off early as it is some distance away. We had schedule service in advance to ensure that all necessary parts would be available and not hold up completion of the service. They tore the truck apart and then didn't have the parts to put it back together. They brought it in late for the scheduled appointment and never called with updates, questions or concerns but waited for us to call them. The truck was supposed to be there for approximately 4 hours. After a week we finally got the truck back only to find out that the genuine service we paid for was suspect at best with the cheapest of Napa parts used instead of genuine GM parts. It makes the incredibly long wait for what is an essential business tool even more upsetting. Highly dissatisfied to say the least. Will not be back and will make sure to tell others this dealerships service is not to be trusted."

"I purchased a used 2020 Lincoln Aviator from Bob Johnson and the sale went fine until I asked for the driver seat to be repaired. After they said they would take care of it but the repair was unacceptable. I contacted Mike the sales manager and said he would talk to his boss to see what they would do. I then was ghosted for a week. I contacted my salesman and also got no answer. I asked for them to just buy me a seat cover and I would personally install it myself but after sending over the part number they told me sorry, You bought a used vehicle and it has defects. After I was told originally that they would fix it. I fell for the bait and switch. I even asked before I drove 2 hours to purchase it if there were any issues with the vehicle. I was told the vehicle had no issues. They do not hold truth to their word. Note to self if it has an issue don’t accept it."
