"They have a alarm that goes off in the coat section, was going to buy one till the task force came over like I was trying to steal one. Pathetic. Update they don't honer returns the store managers a complete joke. The quote he says for the store that looks like it's copied and pasted it's extremely laughable. I got into it with goofy and asked for a return policy, none provided. He says we are not a rental place, never in my life....I gave him some choice words because Im never going back there then the guy follows me threw the parking lot looking like he's going to have a stroke from being a jerk to everybody in life and running a shabby business. I have rarely returned items here every dang time, they embarrass you in front of people and are rude about it. They need to drop the ace name because they don't represent it! They represent a store going out of business."

"Great hardware store. Always have everything I need. I pass 3 other hardware stores to come here. Prices are fair and most of the time better than the others. Haven't had to ask to price match yet. The employees on the floor ask if you need help and go above and beyond to help you find what your looking for. Unlike Lowe's where they either walk past you or you have to hunt one down. Keep up the good work Deatons team."
