They don't understand what it means to be a mechanic. They only know what the computer tells them. They also barely understand English. I'm so over NAPA."

"Ralph went to get a new starter for our SUV, and the service that the manager give to myself and Ralph was exceptional, and the funny thing was the weather was 90 degree outside and a lady was driving by and she stop and said to Ralph, you need a hat, it's too hot for you to be walking outside without one. God provided a hat by using you Sir. Thank you for your Hat and your Bag, your smile said it all to us and if we ever need any part, you can vouch we will be back.
