"Update: 12/28/2020 These guys ran over my kids basketball hoop, tried to hide the fact they did it, said they would replace it, and now have been dodging my messages for the last month. I will continue to give updates until this is made right. Update: 11/22/2020 After battling and calling everyday for months (July, August, and September) because there was a leak in my roof, with pools of water in my garage, a $15 part and mold spray were applied fo fix everything. We will see if this keeps up in the Spring when everything melts. To say I'm displeased is an understatement. If there is no more leaking, I will update this review. The other part is one of their trucks ran into my kids basketball hoop and totaled it. I was told it would be replaced weeks ago, and nothing. Still holding out hope they Paul and Gary will fo the right thing. They did write me a $200 check for destroying my bushes and parts of my stone wall though so at least it was a little something. I've been displeased with businesses before, but not to the extent that I would write a review to prevent others from hiring them. There was quite a lot of talk and everyone in the company saying what they would do and then not backing it up. Original Review: It was a complete roof tear off and I was told it would be done within 1-3 days initially. They asked for a lot of money up front. It took over 3 weeks to complete. My yard, roof, and driveway were left like a dump. There were shingles not taken care of on the roof, materials and garbage left in my yard, and nails everywhere. My bushes and stones were destroyed from shingles being thrown on them and the work crew being negligent. I was extremely patient with them as there was problems within the crew with people getting fired and quitting halfway through the job. After returning home after a weekend away and seeing this, it was only when I voiced my pure displeasure for the disrespect to my property that I received a response. The owner, who I eventually was able to get ahold of hung up on me mid-conversation after I asked if the job was going to be finished. Now, I will see how this roof holds up after spending thousands to have the work done. I am hopeful it was done well, because if it's not, I have little faith this company, and Paul, the owner, will live up to the contract they agreed to. A customer should not have to go out of their way to ensure a job is finished or done the right way. A good, upstanding business will do that on their own. Update, August 19, 2020 After weeks of trying to contact Paul, setting up a meeting to discuss the leak in my roof, and calling everyday...still no response or responsibility taken for a contract not being honored. In the contract they signed, it states that they will fix any leaks in the roof. There is a leak in the roof, and they are not taking responsibility. Also, my bushes and slate that were damaged still have not been fixed. I continue to find nails on my property and shingle remnants everywhere. Better Business Bureau is my next stop. Will also seek legal counsel to remedy this situation."
